From 2016-2019, TOPSAFE ran a platform supporting young, independent filkm-makers from across the world. As well as hosting several events in partnership with the Arts Council, Institute of Contemporary Arts and the funding body STOP, PLAY, RECORD we supported over 70 short films & music videos.

These two publications document that period - with the first issue focusing on interviews with artists we met along the way, and the second issue being an attempt to give insight in to how to become a film-maker.
